The early 2000's saw a return of many classic sounds including Garage Rock (White Stripes), Hard Rock (Wolfmother), Psych (Black Angels), Folk Rock (Fleet Foxes), Post-Punk (The Rapture), and Synth Pop (MGMT). Newer alternative styles flourished like Post Rock (Explosions In The Sky), Indie Rock (Broken Social Scene & Death Cab For Cutie), Experimental (Radiohead & Flaming Lips), Pop Punk (Sum 41 & Fall Out Boy), and Emo (AFI & Saves The Day). Meanwhile Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Pink, Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus), and Ryan Adams dominated the Pop Charts. This is a small collection of Pop & Rock from 2000-2009.
