Real Groovy uses industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information. Real Groovy makes no warranty in respect of the effectiveness of encryption used. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986) to firstly exchange or replace faulty goods, and failing to do that, provide a refund.

If your return falls outside of the above terms, some goods (music and DVDs) can be traded back through our second hand trades department. For the items that can be traded; we offer in-store credit of 60% of a new item price and 70% of a second hand item price, if you still have your receipt, and trade within 2 weeks. Some of our customers have been experiencing extended delivery delays. However we have every order ready to ship on the first day that it can be. Items that are in stock and ordered before 2pm are ready to be picked up that day.
Any delays are due to the extreme demand placed on the courier network in these exceptional times. We ask that those customers who are frustrated by these delays be patient and kind.
Customers based in Auckland or visiting can choose Pick Up In Store. Please wait for the confirmation email before you come. Our hours under Level 2 are 9-5 Mon-Wed; 9-7 Thurs-Sun.
