Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. When you place an order online with our website, a secure server is used (SSL Encryption). Real Groovy uses industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information. Real Groovy makes no warranty in respect of the effectiveness of encryption used. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.


Returns Policy

The Real Groovy website will only accept returns for the following:

  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Goods supplied incorrectly
  • Goods damaged in transit (original packing material proof required in return)
  • Goods that vary from their description on the website

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986) to firstly exchange or replace faulty goods, and failing to do that, provide a refund.

I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

If your return falls outside of the above terms, some goods (music and DVDs) can be traded back through our second hand trades department. For the items that can be traded; we offer in-store credit of 60% of a new item price and 70% of a second hand item price, if you still have your receipt, and trade within 2 weeks.
