We have attempted to make finding and purchasing items as easy and intuitive as possible. From the home page, search results will appear as you type. Once you've found a product you would like to purchase, just follow the on-screen prompts in order to complete your order.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check this confirmation carefully and inform us of any mistakes as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us before 9.00am the next business day.
The stated availability of an item takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. On occasion, suppliers are unable to fulfil your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Once payment is accepted, and ordered items are picked from the store or warehouse or received from suppliers we will then pack and dispatch your order.
All NZ deliveries are shipped by overnight courier. The courier will require a signature on delivery. Some addresses and rural deliveries may take longer.
All international orders are sent by Airmail.
From time to time suppliers will inform us that they are no longer able to supply an ordered item. Should this occur, you will be informed as soon as possible via email, and the item will be removed from your order and a refund processed if necessary.
In general, all product on this website is usually available from suppliers within the time indicated with the title details.
From time to time suppliers are not able to supply in the time indicated, and items are placed on backorder. If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order at that time, otherwise you order will be dispatched as soon as the items are available.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expected dispatch times for backordered items, though items will be sourced and dispatched as soon as possible. If you have a backordered item and wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and cancellation request.
All orders over $100 are delivered freight-free within New Zealand. For orders less than $100, delivery costs are charged based on Courierpost fees.
We’ve survived Covid and we’d like to thank all who have supported us this year. But we do need to make some changes: we’re going to continue to offer free delivery, but only on orders over $100. All orders under $100 will incur a courier charge, based on your location.
Regardless of order size, if some items are in stock and ready to ship, and others are sourced from overseas, you’ll now have the option to select Split Delivery for a small fee, so you would get in-stock items more quickly. We’re also ordering from overseas more frequently, so your import orders may arrive sooner.
Why the changes? Both import and local shipping rates have increased considerably, and we can no longer continue to absorb them.
