Orders that need to be sourced from a supplier typically take 5-10 business days to ship to us.

Ideally, we need to know before 9am the next business day. Our dispatch team is pretty speedy, so please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your order.
We're lucky to have suppliers from around the world so your record and CD collections can brag that they "found themselves in Europe"...
While most products on our website are available from suppliers within the indicated time, occasionally, there are delays resulting in your item being placed on backorder. Unfortunately, we don't get given an ETA for backorders.
You will be contacted ASAP if an item in your order is on backorder. You can either choose to wait for a restock, or accept a refund. If the wait for a backorder becomes too long, you are entitled to a refund at any time.
Our website updates our in-store data feed a couple times a day, so stock levels should mostly be up to date. However, as Real Groovy is open 7 days a week, sometimes an in-store customer will have the same taste as you and purchase a record before our dispatch team can pick it from the store.
In this unfortunate case, we provide a full refund on the item.
Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within New Zealand only. For orders under $100, delivery costs are based on an NZ Post calculator which takes into account:

We can't ship certain items overseas, so please make sure you're shopping on the right website before you place an order (there's a little dropdown next to your shopping cart).
